Senior Program Manager / Senior PM
Peter has altogether 17 years experience in program and project management including 6 years working in international environment. He managed projects with budget of 8.5 MUSD. Peter worked in client facing projects in Telecom, Banking. He is PMP certified an holds degree in Information Technology.

Miklos

Technical / Business Analyst
Having 10+ years of experience in IT with various coordination roles such as Business Analyst and Technical analyst. Miklós boasts significant banking experience, with recent projects covering internet banking, data warehousing, payment and document management systems. He holds engineering degree in IT.

Robert

Full stack Developer / Architect
Robert has 20 years of experience as Software Developer and Software architect and Team Lead. His knowledge covers a backend technologies (Java and also Microsoft), frontends (React, Angular, etc.), databases, Cloud and also Devops tools. He mostly worked in client facing projects and roles. He holds a Polytechnic degree.​

Fanni has 5+ years experience as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst and Project Manager after spending 2 years as PMO / assistant. She worked on various projects in several sectors, from custom application development through data to UI/UX.

Viktor

System Administrator, Devops engineer
Viktor is having altogether 10+ years experience as Network Engineer, System Administrator and Devops engineer. His technical knowledge covers VMware, cisco and juniper networks, Linux, AWS, Dynatrace. He holds a BSC degree in electrical engineering.

You specify what you need. We find the best matches in our pool, and send you our proposal including CVs and hourly rates. You can schedule interviews and make your own decision. If you would like someone else, then based on your feedback we pick new candidates. We do it until you feel comfortable with the applicant.

We work with a large pool of IT professionals. We can staff large scale projects, but we are also happy to provide you single specialists. Whatever your business needs.

It varies, depending on such factors as the selected individual’s competence area, seniority, etc. In general we can say that we work with IT professionals based in Hungary, who have the lowest hourly rates in EU.

First, we have rigorous testing and vetting process before we decide to work with someone.
Second, we transparently provide you with CVs of the candidates, and you can do your own interviews and tests before accepting someone for a job.
Third, we do weekly checkup in order to make sure that everything goes well.
Finally, if in spite of all measures something does not seem to go well, it is on us to find an immediate replacement and make sure that you are happy about the delivery.

Almost anything.

We invoice monthly, based on worked time. It’s very simple, every professional’s hourly rate is multiplied by the hours he/she worked for you in the last month. The invoiced amount is the sum of it for everyone we provided.
